Logistics and excluding tarrif in exporting processing zone means on function of processing trade, warehouse and transportation service for processing trade enterprises in the Zone, there are another extra function like excluding tarrif warehouse, logistics, dispatching, international trade and extirpate trade, international logistics dispatching, testing and maintenance, international commodity showing, after sale service for imported equipment, designing, research and development, etc. That means exporting processing zone has become a special customs inspected policiy and function of excluding tarrif, excluding tarrif logistics zone, center of excluding tarrif logistics (Type B). The Zone has become a special customs inspection zone with best opening, most preferential policy application, complete function, etc.
Business range more wide. The goods, which are forbidden by government forbidden goods list, if they come from or come out to enterprises in another customs special inspection processing zone, will be handled like normal goods.
Goods in, tarrif refund. After the imported goods, which are imported by exporting trade enterprises in or outside zone, are delivered into excluding tarrif warehouse in processing zone, the enterprises can delay to pay tarrif and VAT. After the goods, which raw materials buy in China or export in future, are delivered into excluding tarrif warehouse in the Zone, it means the goods are exported and enterprises can get refund immediately. So, the enterprises can save a lot of circulating money, reduce the press from shortage of circulating money, keep zero stock.
RMB as clearing currency. Enterprises in processing zone can use RMB or foreign currency as clearing currency, when they do business with another company outside zone and inside China. Enterprises in processing zone doing business together, they can use RMB or foreign currency, and enterprises do not need to declare for international income and expense statistics of money.
